Colin Heritage
Managing Director of Stemcor Trade Finance Ltd, London
Colin began his Countertrade and Offset career with Mitsubishi Corporation, London, then joining Midland Bank’s Trade and Project Finance Group as a specialist in his field in 1985. In 1990 he was appointed Vice President, Specialised Trade Finance at Bank of America, London.

In 1993, Colin established Stemcor Trade Finance Limited (STFL) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Stemcor Group, one of his long-term clients. Since that time, STFL has established itself as a consistently reliable and profitable broker of countertrade and offset solutions to corporate clients on the one hand and an effective provider of structured trade finance on the other.

Roberto Macchi
Director, Stemcor Italia srl, Milan
In 1987 Roberto joined Agusta SpA as manager for Offset and Industrial Cooperation. From 2002 Roberto was responsible for Offset and Industrial Cooperation for the entire AgustaWestland Group (after the acquisition of Westland by Finmeccanica). Since 2005 Roberto has been working with Stemcor Trade Finance Limited from the Stemcor Group’s Milan office.

Jochen Knees
Director, Stemcor Trade Finance GmbH, Hamburg
Jochen joined Stemcor Trade Finance GmbH in 1996 from Countinho Caro, where he was the Finance Director. At Stemcor he has been involved in banking and finance for the Group's German operations and his current responsibilities include structure trade finance, project finance and offset.

Stephen joined Stemcor Trade Finance Ltd in 2001 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he provided consultancy services to the company’s fund management clients.

Estefania Palacios
Manager, Trade Development, London
Estefania joined Stemcor Trade Finance Ltd in 2007 from Mitsubishi where she was involved primarily in commodity trading.
