Stemcor operates throughout Asia in a sales and distribution capacity, with a hub in Singapore acting to coordinate trading activity in the region and provide essential support functions such as trade finance (including treasury and structured finance), accounting, IT, shipping and administration.

Local offices throughout Asia recruit for trading and trading support staff, as well as logistics personnel on an adhoc basis. Singapore recruits more broadly and frequently given its wider role and they also run a graduate hiring programme on an adhoc basis.
