Stemcor is a privately owned company. The majority of shares are held by the Oppenheimer family, with the balance of shares held by other directors and employees.

Although Stemcor is only accountable to its private shareholders and banking partners, we operate our business as if we were publicly quoted, with full disclosure of audited financial information. We believe that our excellent reputation in the market place results in part from this transparent approach.
