We encourage applications from those individuals who have the right to live and work in the country to which they are applying. However, we are focused on hiring the best talent and therefore will consider applications from individuals who require sponsorship where appropriate.

Although the process will vary depending on the country you are applying to, and the position you are applying for, generally we will firstly screen all CVs relative to the job requirements before utilising some form of psychometric testing for those we are interested in pursuing. For those successful at this stage there will then be a first round of interviewing with the relevant hiring manager, before a final round of interviews which will involve a Director of the company.

We aim to respond to all applicants, whether they have been successful or not, within 4 weeks. However, at peak recruiting periods, this may not be possible. Therefore, if you have not heard from us within 4 weeks, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful in your application.

Although you are free to apply to Stemcor as many times as you like, if there has been no material difference in your experience or skill set, it is unlikely that you would be successful with subsequent applications for the same or a similar position if you have already had one application turned down.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business internship opportunities are typically taken up by individuals referred to us by our trading partners and therefore we do not run a formal internship programme.

One of the most important things any candidate should do is their research on Stemcor. You need to understand as much as possible about our business and be able to explain why you are keen to work for us. You need to convince us that you are a good match for our criteria and that by investing in you, we will add value to our business.

Our current opportunities page will list our live vacancies and their offices, and generally this will be the office you will work in. However, we are a global company, and therefore, it is feasible that you may be able to work in other offices, should there be a business need for this (see question one above).
