Stemcor’s operations in Europe primarily focus on the distribution and stockholding areas of the business, with our office in Zug, Switzerland providing a trading coordination function across Europe.
Our sales and distribution offices throughout Europe act as intermediaries between our international network and locally based stockholders, service centres and large end users. Most of these offices are relatively small – between 5 and 15 staff – and if recruiting typically require experienced sales/trading staff or trading support staff, particularly in an accounting related capacity.
Stemcor’s stockholding and service centre units primarily meet the needs of customers who purchase in smaller quantities for prompt delivery. In Europe these activities are centred around Germany where we have 5 companies:

Our office in Zug acts both as an extension of head office in London, providing a home for elements of our business support functions such as IT and Treasury, and acts as a coordinator of imports into Europe through our network of European offices.
As a result there are opportunities for both trading and trading support staff as well as business support functions such as IT, Treasury, Accounting Administration and Legal. They also run a graduate hiring programme on an adhoc basis.
