Formed in 1994, engineering steels is Stemcor’s longest established specialist trading activity. Products range from simple carbon rounds to forgings and tool steels and are supplied by 60 different producers. We trade around 400,000 tonnes per annum and have 25 sales offices with 120 people dedicated to serving the needs of engineering steel stockholders and end-users around the world. Our expertise includes breaking bulk from shipment, storage and supply in bundles. Physical stocks are held in Australia, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, the UK and the USA.

Uldry Steel is Stemcor’s specialist business arm for engineering and tool steels serving a wide range of applications: bars (forged/rolled), billets, blooms, angles, forgings, castings, tubes, steel core piling, pre-painted coils, plates and stainless. Uldry has trading offices in Brazil, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA (Chicago & Fort Lauderdale). Steel is sourced mainly from the USA, South America, China, India, Russia, Ukraine and Slovenia for customers across Europe, the USA, Mexico and South America.

Stemcor AG, based in Switzerland, specialises in the supply of steel tubulars to the oil & gas, water and geothermal industries worldwide.
